Thanks Mr. Bjoy aden for providing the names, IT SEEMS THEY ARE TALENTED AND CLEVER ENOUGH TO PROVE THE FAA AND THE IMMIGRATION TO LOOK LIKE A FOOL.
Two of the names (KAUSHIK & SHIVANI) were a fish trapper for Prince and Renny, they earned a lot by catching innocent students from India and elsewhere and made false promises even when the school was in the brink of extinction, they even said the student’s it was a summer vacation and they would receive a new laptop from the school when it reopens, and the third name (DEEPAK MAHALA) is a great and renowned person in ASA, an alcoholic and a drugs addict who was and is a hired mercenary for Prince and Renny to threaten the students from time to time. A few number of such cases are also registered against him in the Merced county. And about JIM I have no clue why is he still ******** Prince and Renny’s ***, probably he wants some multi hours so he even wants to triple his multi hours on the Dutchees as he was turned down from Cal Air for not meeting his multi requirements for an multi instructor post. They know it very well that with the current status they can complete their requirements but cannot go on with a check ride, so the next thing they will do is to get an I-20 of a school, get new TSA’s and complete their check ride. And probably they will seek a school which is far away from here, may be Arizona, Texas or elsewhere so that their records cannot be traced.
I have full support for the students of ASA who have suffered such heavy losses, and I am getting other people to help them but my sincere request will also be that all the students and the people who are in support should stand up and stop these kind of mean minded people to get away easily, they dont have any sympathy towards the suffered students, they only know their business, they can dance on their own ones graves for getting their work done. As per my information I have the news where these students are going to get their admissions for their check ride, and I will work seriously to see that I can update the concerned school regarding the matter so that they can not escape.

zombie,
I think many of us on the blog echo your outrage saying “WHY ON EARTH IS THE AMERICAN POLICE NOT ARRESTING THESE FREAKS…PLEASE DO SOMETHING ON THAT REGARD..” believe me we’re all trying and doing just that. American police we call them county sheriff here works with their set of priorities then set at any given time and they are not so quick to jump the guns so to speak on every case that falls into their doorsteps. We’ve been trying to push the case to their higher priority as you could read in my and other’s earlier posts.
Worry not, the justice will be served one way or the other without fail. We could leave that to the US judicial system and if not to our all mighty boomerang system. Either way, it’ll get done. You watch.
Now since putting the perpetrators behind bars won’t deliver a dime to the students and their parents (or, is it 10 PAISE in your homeland?) and we are equally or even more interested in how to recover the lost student’s funds in the meantime. Dealing with this isn’t quite easy because lawyers often come into play. Some are like magicians as even a simple black and white matter can be gradually changed to gray and before you know it, it’ll be completely changed to the opposite color in the hands of a skilled lawyer.
But worry not, a half the lawyers lose their cases, so everyone has a 50% chance of success to begin with, we just have to build a strong enough case that holds water and find holes in other’s. It can be done. It’s not easy but not as hard as clearing the IIT entrance exam in your homeland, IMHO.
Stay tuned on this channel for more ASA latest.

My conjecture from the sideline:
Scheduling a forthcoming DASA (Defunct ASA) check ride, and it’s not funny.
CFI – Certified Flight Instructor
DPE – Designated Pilot Examiner
– Plausible hone conversation between CFI and DPE –
CFI: Hi , Jim here… used to be at Castle ASA remember me?
Hey listen, I’ve got a student ready for a commercial check ride real soon.
DPE: Hi Jim, I’ve heard you guys were closed and Prince and Reny are in hot water…………..
so what about this check ride? Has he met all requirements and the paper work ready?
CFI: Yup. no problem there, he’s ready and I’ll have all paper work ready for you.
How about Saturday at Yandell Ranch OK?
DPE: Where?
CFI: you know the small private field about 7 miles west of town on 132…
we’ve got owner’s permission and everything.
DPE: why not at muni? Besides the runway is way too short over there and they even don’t have fuel.
CFI: we’ve been doing a lot of flying at private fields lately because feds and repo guys are snooping around for some reason, and we’d like to keep them off our tail, you know.
oh don’t worry about fuel, we call up Prince and Reny on cellphone and they deliver it right up,
normally they carry few 5 gallon cans in the car.
DPE: what? You guys been using auto gas? Do you have a STC for that?
CFI: Prince said we do, and I trust him.
DPE: Yah right!
CFI: Hey listen, Prince and Reny are just driving up, I’ve got to run, I’ll call you again later. Click….
DPE: Tche, tche! (shaking head)
Got the picture?

shiddharth,
For a detailed check ride protocol:
http://www.geocities.com/cfidarren/r-checkriderea…
As far as taking a check ride from DPE (designated pilot examiner, designee, Bruce, et. al) is concerned, IACRA is not mandatory as yet and the Form 8710 (paper application) is still available.
Respective signature of applicant (student), recommending instructor (CFI) and certifying official (DPE) certifies the veracity and authenticity of the information (flight time included) provided through either IACRA or Form 8710. A separate authentication of flight record per se is not required under the FAR as far as I know.
Each country has its own authentication requirement for foreign license conversion, and I’m sure Indian DGCA has one in place as well.

Thank You echo yankee, but Bruce or any other checkride inspector will have to go through some details before conducting a checkride such as TSA, and these people have to file the IACRA before their checkride, and what about the authentication of the hours that have been logged, who will and how will the hours be authenticated, if you have any information on this please let me know.
Ex,
Modesto is in the Fresno FSDO jurisdiction.
Their inspectors are all too familiar and fully aware of the ASA’s operation before the closure for sure.

About the check ride, so if you don’t want to go through the local FSDO to arrange a designee, you can still take a check ride from a designee of your choice, is that it?
Then, what makes you think they can’t simply call Bruce and do the check ride in Modesto or any other mutually agreed upon airport? Bruce doesn’t care if the applicant is a Part 61 or 141 student, does he?
BTW, it would be very helpful if anyone can tell me the role KFA played in the ASA program in India before they severed its partnership.
What sort of promise or assurance of job opportunity was given before and after student signs up with ASA in what way? Did KFA ever advertise in India its pilot cadet program done by ASA in the US?
Thanks in advance.

I have some news which can be helpfull to you all, recently a UK national was here at ASA for his Instructor ratings, and he now to my knowledge has gone to Skymates in Texas for completing his ratings, he was Deepak's roommate and a close buddy, and was seen often with Deepak, Shivani and Kaushik, so perhaps they might try to sneak into the same school that is Skymates somewhere at texas, and if not they will try Sheble in Arizona.
I think this will be of some help.
Sorry just saw your posting Echo Yankee. Now there are two ways that I know t a check ride can be done…1.Via the school..We had a chk ride examiner called Bruce coming to school and 2.by requesting one directly from the FAA.The former is more expensive but the latter is much harder to clear. What these people might do,in my estimation is finish all their requirements, apply for a new I-20 to another school on another state and just do reviews and give the checkride from that school itself. This is becoming a farce which we should not allow to continue much longer.
Brand new information…Some of the ex students heard either one of the two "men" still flying ASA planes making calls from 757XY over Modesto…which is like a confirmation stamp on all our suspicions…so this means they are regularly operating from there. Echo Yankee,Could you please tell us which FAA office has authority over that area so that we can put a stop to this rubbish? This needs to stop immediatly…
I am with you…keep us informed…thanks for the update..
anonymous,
Good contributing information and thanks.
It’s bee a quiet long while since I recommended my last student for a check ride. In my days, simply call up one of the designees on my list to make an appointment without going through the FSDO.
I understand it has since changed and all check ride schedule has to go through the FAA.
Perhaps you can update us on the current procedure for scheduling a check ride.
Thanks in advance.
